Eric Daugherty is Executive Vice President, Commercial Product Solutions at PRECISIONxtract. Eric has more than three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience in Payer Marketing and Market Access positions including payer brand management, market access pull-through messaging and digital solutions, account management, health outcomes, and pricing. In his current role, Eric leads PRECISIONxtract’s Personalized Access Solutions and Consulting Business where his team of over 50 experts have innovated market access solutions for over 100 brands at 22 biopharma companies in the past decade.

Prior to joining PRECISIONxtract, Eric was a Senior Principal for CORE Access Group and a Senior Consultant in the Biopharmaceutical practice at Milliman where his primary responsibilities in both organizations were the development and oversight of market access strategies, pull-through solutions and messaging, and payer value propositions and tools. Eric’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes a twenty-year executive career at Eli Lilly and Company with roles of increasing responsibility including Team Leader of the US Public Health Division, Regional Director Managed Care, and Senior Payer Brand Manager for the fluoxetine franchise.

Eric graduated from Culver Military Academy in Indiana, received his BS from Indiana University School of Business, and his MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition, Eric has an MA in Counseling and is the co-owner of a mental health provider organization in Indianapolis.
