Erin Swerdlow is a Senior Engagement Director at PRECISIONxtract.  Erin has nearly 2 decades of industry experience, including life sciences consulting, sales leadership, training, and market access pull through.

In her current role, Erin has account leadership responsibilities across multiple clients. In this role on the Personalized Access Team, Erin is responsible for integrating Precision capabilities with brand access strategies for personal and non-personal channels of delivery. She works hand in hand across multiple teams to ensure the integration of omnichannel solutions to realize the value proposition of the brand. Erin has a wealth of experience working across various therapeutic areas, including diabetes, neuroscience, rheumatology, cardiovascular, women’s health, Alzheimer’s & rare diseases.

Prior to joining Precision, Erin worked at STEM Healthcare for 18 months partnering with multiple US Pharmaceutical companies delivering strategic insights across Commercial, Medical and Market Access organizations.  Before that role, Erin worked at Eli Lilly for 18 years in several roles with the most recent one being the Diabetes Market Access Pull Through Senior Director working across 6 brand teams, Integrated Health teams and National Account teams.

Erin received her BS in Business Administration with a dual degree in management and marketing from Northeastern University.  She received her MBA from the University of Connecticut.
