Ron has nearly 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ron was with Eli Lilly and Company for 25 years, 15 of which were spent focused on oncology, where he developed successful global launch strategies and led the U.S. marketing and sales organizations.

Eric graduated from Culver Military Academy in Indiana, received his BS from Indiana University School of Business, and his MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition, Eric has an MA in Counseling and is the co-owner of a mental health provider organization in Indianapolis.
